3725093 - Job Profile Translations Not Displaying in User‘s System Language on the Job Requisition Page - Recruiting Management

When viewing a Job Profile on the Job Requisition Job Profile tab, the job description does not appear in the user's system language.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a Job Requisition in Recruiting.
2. Navigate to the Job Profile tab.
3. Observe that the Job Profile content is not displayed in the user's system language.

Translations in other languages are displayed only when the Language dropdown (located in the upper-right corner of the Job Profile tab) is available and includes the desired language.

If the dropdown is missing or if the desired language does not appear in the list, it indicates that the language has not been selected as a Job Posting Language for the Job Requisition.

Update the Job Posting Language field (Field ID "jobPostLanguage") on the Job Requisition Details page.

Once a language is added as a Job Posting Language, the Language dropdown will appear in the upper-right corner of the Job Profile tab. Users will be able to preview the Job Profile translations in additional languages.
