3725141 - Remarks deletion behavior in ADRCT table

Symptom

  • Remarks data in the ADRCT table is not deleted when remarks are cleared in the BP transaction.
  • Clearing the remarks only removes the remark data from the ADRCT table but does not delete the entry itself.
