Symptom

How to add Help Text to cards in the new People Profile, such as Personal Information and Job Information?  

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

  • People Profile

Resolution

  1. Go to Configure Latest People Profile
  2. Click the pencil icon for the card where Help Text needs to be added
  3. Maintain the Help Text in the "Card Help" section and save
  4. Verify that the Help Text appears in the new People Profile page.
