3725236 - Error "aw, snap! something went wrong while displaying this webpage" occurs when viewing story report in production instance

Symptom

  • An error occurs when attempting to view some story reports 
  • The error message displayed is: "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage".
  • The report functions correctly in Edit Mode, and the query designer preview loads data successfully without any error.
  • Opening the story in Edit mode and then switching to view mode results in no error.
