Symptom

  • The Sales Order Outbound delivery key figure is not populating.
  • The issue occurs after implementing SFC fields, like adding the Customer Group attribute to the DAYPRODLOCDEMAND planning level.
  • Demand key figures are correctly displayed in the planning view, except for the Sales Order Outbound delivery.
  • Outbound deliveries populate in the "Delivery Outbound" key figure at DAYPRODLOC but do not appear in "Sales Order Outbound delivery."
