3725368 - Central Payment: FIN_CFIN_TECH_CLR is obsolete, FINS_CFIN_HISOI_CLR doesn't allow selecting source logical systems or company codes

In the Central Payment scenario open items posted in the source system before the activation of Central Payment remain open in the source system. These open items are called historical open items which are open in both the source system and the Central Finance system. To prevent double payment of these historical open items, they need to be set to technically cleared in the source system after activation of Central Payment.

Transaction FIN_CFIN_TECH_CLR in the source system allowed to specify the scope by entering the company code in the source system which is activated for Central Payment. Executing the report displays the message 'This program is obsolete. Please go to transaction FINS_CFIN_HISOI_CLR in the Central Finance system.'. The new transaction FINS_CFIN_HISOI_CLR/FINS_CFIN_TECH_CLR in the Central Finance system doesn't allow to limit the scope by entering the source logical systems and company code, instead it sets the historical open items to technically cleared in all source systems.
