Symptom

It is necessary to add new columns in the List Sales Orders - VA05 app for better sales documents visualization.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

The app "List Sales Orders - VA05" offers 3 possible layouts to visualize data, they are:

  • 0SAP (Orders - Header)
  • 1SAP (Orders - Items)
  • 3SAP (Orders - Schedule)

It is possible to add new columns to all those variants following configuration path.

Menu -> Settings -> Layout -> Change

Resolution

In case another column, which is not in the current options, is required it is necessary to report a Customer Influence Portal request to the development team asking the addition of this new feature.
