3725415 - Incorrect Approver Shown When 'Enforce Four-Eyes Principle on Workflow step approval' is Enabled

An initiator for a workflow is part of the dynamic group used for the first step approver. Usually they should be replaced in the dynamic group by their manager but because Four Eyes principle is enabled their manager should be skipped and it should only need to be approved by another dynamic group member.

This works correctly when the latest editing UI is switched off (Enable the latest Editing and History UI for Employee Central HRIS entities on Full Profile ‎(Except Compensation Information).
When the latest editing UI is switched on the workflow pop-up shows the initiators manager as being one of the approvers for the workflow which is incorrect.
