3725472 - Candidate is unable to login - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Candidate is unable to log in to the onboarding dashboard due to a username/password error;
  • "Forgot password" feature does not work.
 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Attempt to log in to onboarding
  2. Invalid password/username

Cause

The login method for the affected user is blank in table_user_account within data inspector.

Resolution

In order to solve this kindly reach SAP Support as a script needs to be executed to correct the database.
