3725548 - Address Validation Error in C4C Due to Region Code Mismatch Returned by SAP DQM

When creating a new account and using address validation for "Strandstr. 1, Kühlungsborn, Germany", the system returns the error message "MV is not a valid value for this field. Enter a valid value." when the State/Region field is populated.
