Symptom

An error message is received when pinging a SOAP receiver communication channel in the SAP Process Orchestration (PO) system. The following error appears:

Acknowledgement not possible for synchronous message.
Acknowledgement handling failed for type SystemAck.
Reason: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException:
Acknowledgement not possible for synchronous message.

Cannot report error to audit log. AuditMsgKey is null.
