3725593 - B2BUnit replication failure due to missing entries in BP_B2BUnit_Address data store in SAP CPI

Symptom

  • Replication of new or updated Business Partners from S4HANA to Commerce Cloud fails in SAP CPI with the error message: "Exception: B2BUnit ******** doesn't exist in BP_B2BUnit_Address data store".
  • The mentioned B2B Unit already exists and was replicated to SAP Commerce approximately three months ago.
  • CPI expects entries in the BP_B2BUnit_Address data store, which are missing.
