3725631 - “View My Learning” Tile Shows “Refused to Connect” in SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition

Symptom

  • After integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP Build Work Zone, Standard Edition, users are unable to open the “View My Learning” tile.
  • When the tile is accessed, the page fails to load and the browser displays a “refused to connect” error
  • In the network logs, following error can be seen:

SecurityError: Failed to read a named property 'document' from 'Window': Blocked a frame with origin "[Learning url]" from accessing a cross-origin frame.
   ...
chrome-error://chromewebdata/:1  Refused to display '[Learning url]' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.
