3725636 - Unable to open WWI Reports with Manage Documents app

Symptom

  • There is a WWI report body generated in the system.
  • You download the original document with file format ".WWI" with Manage Documents app or with the Display Document app.
  • The downloaded file opens in MS Word with a File Conversion pop-up.
  • It looks like the file is corrupted or have a encoding issue.
