Symptom
When replicating the service order to FSM using the Iflow "Replicate Service Order from SAP S4HANA to SAP Field Service Management SOAP", the system selects the ‘’e-mail recipient invoice' as contact person (e.g. XXX2025) in FSM. While the correct contact shown on the Fiori Service Order header (e.g. YYY2026)
- Contact Person: YYY2026
- e-mail recipient invoice: XXX2025
