Symptom
Lock information is correctly transferred to SAP FI-CA and visible in transaction FP_VT3, with the table CRMS4D_CONT_LOCK updated to show the locked status. However, unlock process in SAP SOM does not trigger follow-up activities in SAP FI-CA, leaving the contract locked in transaction FP_VT3 until the next day.
