3725692 - Correction of negative amounts for returns in DRC poland

• Negative values are not supported in poland (DRC) for corrections involving quantity in minus. 
• When performing a correction (credit memo) of quantity in minus, the negative sign in field P_8A (Quantity) and positive sign in P_9A (Unit price) are not reflected correctly in the XML.
• Correction to the negative returns P_18A, P_9B tags. 
• Corrections for the TP tags in the XML.
• The system behavior results in the quantity being positive and the price negative, which is not the expected behavior.
