3725713 - Billing plan not generated when creating service contract from solution quotation in SAP S/4HAHA

• When creating a service contract (transaction type SC) from a solution quotation (transaction type SRVP), the billing plan is not generated.
• The billing plan section in service contract item details shows "no result found" under settlement periods.
• When manually creating a service contract (not from solution quotation), the billing plan is visible.
• Expected behavior: Billing plan with settlement periods should be generated automatically when creating a service contract from a solution quotation.
