3725763 - Trusted Authentication fails due to missing parameter

Symptom

  • Trusted Authentication (eg SAML, Query String, TrustedVintela) may fail with the following error:
    Account information not recognized: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct. (FWB 00008)

  • In the web application logs, eg BILP / OpenDocument traces, the below error may be seen:
    trusted.auth.url is not defined in the global properties file which is mandatory for trusted Auth
