3725767 - General display name not syncing with user's name in Successfactors Learning

The general display name of a user is not in sync with the user's first name, last name in Successfactors Learning.

SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login and go to Learning Administration > Users
2. Search for an impacted user
3. Observe the user has a display name different from the first/middle/last name

By default the CONNECTORS configuration on General Display Name is sfuser.field.mapping.data.GENERAL_DISPLAY_NAME=DISPLAYNAME.

The DISPLAYNAME field is not included in the input file processed by the User Connector - SF. As a result, the value for the general display name is not updated.

1. Ensure that the DISPLAYNAME field is included in the user data input file
2. Run User Connector - SF to synchronize the updated DISPLAYNAME field with the system.
3. Verify that the general display name now reflects the updated formal name in Employee Central (EC).
