Symptom

  • The learning page fails to load properly. Displays error: Looks like the data isn’t loading. Some content didn’t load. Please try again later.
  • In network traces following error message is observed: "Unable to load the address for service: learning-asset-delivery-svc. Please contact Product Support."

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SuccessFactors platform.
  2. Navigate to the Learning module as user.
  3. The error message appears, and the page does not load properly.

Resolution

The root cause and solution of this issue is currently under investigation by our Operations team. Please follow this KBA for updates.

Update: The issue has been resolved by Operations team.
