Symptom
- In Express Data Loader, after processing a custom inbound file through UI or SFTP solution, the pipeline shows as successful in the XDL and Incentive Management UI and the processing summary displays the number of successful and failed rows. However, when attempting to download the error log for the failed rows, the download does not start.
- Instead, the following error message is displayed:
"Error log file is not available and can not be downloaded: [object Object]".
