3725802 - Delta Sync interrupted without error in SAP Service and Asset Manager

Symptom

  • Users are unable to complete delta synchronization in SAP Service and Asset Manager 
  • Synchronization stops without displaying any proper error message
  • Error message observed in client log and/or in SAP Mobile Services: "Retrieve feed 'https://hostname/DEST_SAMxxxx_PPROP/$batch' failed because the OData server returned HTTP code, 502, with message: Error while sending request to backend."
