SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log in to the SAP SuccessFactors instance.(Latest Shell bar mode is enabled)

2. Navigate to Admin Center → Theme Manager.

3. Select an existing theme.

4. Click Fine Tune.

5. Upload a logo under the Logo section and save the changes.

6. Navigate back to Theme Manager and select another theme (or a duplicated theme).

7. Click Fine Tune.

8. Upload a different logo under the Logo section and save the changes.

9. Log out of the system and log back in.

10. Observe that the logo changes are not reflected on the page.

11. Proxy as different users associated with different divisions or configurations.

12. Observe that the expected logos configured through Theme Manager are not displayed.

This is Issue caused by logo source discrepancy between header version implementations

Workaround:  Please disable the latest shell bar from Company System and Logo Settings, then update the logo and verify

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release.
