Disable email notifications only for country-specific users.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Attempt to disable email notifications for users from specific countries in SuccessFactors Learning.
2. Observe that the system does not provide any functionality to filter or disable notifications based on location or country-specific criteria.

The current system design of SuccessFactors Learning does not support disabling email notifications based on location or country-specific criteria.

Alternatively, you can consider the below options for your requirement.

1. Use the "Send all emails to" functionality in Learning administration to redirect notifications to specific email addresses:

• Navigate to System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail.
• Add the required email addresses under the "Send all emails to" text bar. Multiple email addresses can be added.

2. For mass removal of email addresses, utilize the updateOnNull feature in the User Connector as explained in KBA 3512178:
