3725924 - Address field remains mandatory despite Screen Configuration settings

Symptom

When editing an Activity at 'Shell' > 'Planning and Dispatching' > 'Activities', the Address field remains mandatory, ignoring the current Screen Configuration settings. This prevents saving changes, when the address is not populated on an Activity.
