3725932 - Functional gap in Boomi Package Integration "EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee"

When an onboardee is processed as a Rehire with Old Employment, the onboardee data (in Pending Recruit/Hire status) is still replicated to Workforce Software through the standard integration.

Although the integration filters records where hiringNotCompleted = false, records for Rehire with Old Employment initiated through Onboarding are still replicated and are not filtered out as expected.

1. Use the standard interface for the packaged integration "Packaged Integration: EC to Workforce EmpCenter - Employee".
2. Set up a scenario where an employee is marked as a pending rehire on a specific date.
3. Execute replication to Workforce Software.
4. Observe that the employee's status is replicated as "active" based on the Hire Start Date, despite the rehire process not being completed.

This occurs because the hiringNotCompleted flag is set from false to true only once during the initial New Hire process. In a Rehire with Old Employment scenario, this flag is not reset.

The Engineering team has identified this behavior and is currently working on a fix planned for delivery as part of the 1H 2026 release.
