Symptom

When adding a Sales Team member to a Call List, the Department field is automatically determined as "procurement".

Environment

SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open any Call List.
  2. Add a Sales Team member.
  3. Observe that the Department field is determined as "Procurement".

Cause

This behaviour is hard-coded in the system and is not configurable. It is expected to be enhanced in the future to allow for configurable Employee Departments

Resolution

This is the expected behaviour of the system.
