Integration of DEBMAS IDocs fails when processing records with multiple Sales Organizations (E1KNVVM) and Tax Classifications (E1KNVIM).

The inbound processing stops with error message CVI_API 014: "Table KNVI_NEW: Duplicate entry with key".
