Symptom
- After performing mass updates (via transactions MASS, XK99, or XD99), German tax identification numbers are incorrectly mapped in the system.
- This discrepancy is typically observed after applying SAP Note 3508853 or the equivalent Support Package.
- Similar mapping issues occur during the migration of classical SAP Business Partners to the CVI-based Central Business Partner.
- Specific requirements exist for the identification number according to § 139b AO.
