• The issue is caused by an incorrect configuration of COMMON_DATETIME_FORMAT for the languages enabled in Manage Language. Specifically, an additional character "a" was identified in the COMMON_DATETIME_FORMAT configuration.

1. Navigate to Admin Center in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Access the "Manage Language" configuration.
3. Review the COMMON_DATETIME_FORMAT settings for the enabled languages.
4. Locate the additional character "a" in the COMMON_DATETIME_FORMAT configuration.
5. Remove the extra character "a" from the configuration.
6. Save the updated configuration to ensure proper functionality.
