Symptom
An object in SAP Field Service Management has a value that appears unexpected or unclear. For example:
- An Activity or any other FSM object contains a value that was not intentionally set.
- The origin of a change to an object is unknown.
- It is unclear when a change occurred, which user performed it, or which client triggered the update.
Understanding the reason for such changes is necessary to determine the root cause of the update.
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
