3726145 - CPP Employee contributions are removed during YAWA adjustment in Payroll Canada

Symptom

During YAWA processing, system removes employee CPP and CPP2 Wage Types (e.g. /320 and /316) and creates deficiency WTs /5K1 and /5KD with negative amount.
This is observed specifically in payroll function  KANMC.
