3726147 - HR Renewal applications do not work after SAP_UI patches

Symptom

The applications within the HR Renewal Suite are not loading or working on the landing page after SAP_UI patches.

The server responded with a status of 404 (NOT FOUND)" are observed in browser console log, when a SAPUI5 application tries to load /sap/suite/hcm/commons/ resources.
