Symptom

  • The system does not retain the alphanumeric CNPJ value when processing invoices in S/4HANA.
  • The MAINCGC field displays the CNPJ without letters, only numbers.
  • The CGC field in the J_1BNFEDOC table also shows the CNPJ without letters, only numbers.
