3726188 - Favorites are not searchable by part number

When marking a product as a favorite, and trying to add it to the quote searching for the part number, it displays the product but indicates that no favorites were found. 

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Create a product with a part number

2. Add this product as a favorite

3. Create a quote and with the quick add, type the part number. It doesn't return the product within the favorites.

4. Now, search for the product name. It works.

This behavior is expected. In the code base, Quick Add functionality for quotes (for both quote 1 and 2) operates as follows: products can be searched by name, part number, and description, with application parameters determining which criteria are considered. However, favorites can only be searched by name.

The Help Page at Product Favorites | SAP Help Portal pertains to the favorites page, where favorites can be searched by name, description, and part number. In contrast, when using Quick Add on a quote, favorites are only searchable by their name.
