Currently, when you add custom fields to recruiting templates (Job Requisition, Job Application, and Candidate Profile) via the Manage Templates tool in Admin Center, you cannot make these fields reportable for use in Ad Hoc Reports or other reporting tools. This capability is restricted to the ‘Configure Reportable Custom Fields’ section in Provisioning, which is not accessible to most customer administrators.

A new self-service tool in the Admin Center allows customer administrators/Users with appropriate Role-Based Permissions (RBP) to configure and map custom fields as reportable—eliminating the need for support tickets and enabling full end-to-end configuration.
