3726206 - Objects Not Appearing in Data Workbench

Symptom

Objects do not appear on the data workbench to select for import/export operations.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the system using the specified user credentials.
  2. Navigate to the data workbench.
  3. Attempt to import or export data from the data archive.
  4. Observe that no options are available for import/export objects.

Cause

Please confirm that the user affected does not contain any special characters in their user name (e.g. ñ). This may cause a conflict in the backend which stops the objects from loading.

Resolution

The user name will need to be altered to remove any special characters in order for objects to appear in data workbench as expected.
