Symptom

A storage snapshot of DB2 database is initiated 
The database is placed in "Write Suspend" mode.
During the DB2 WRITE SUSPEND snapshot, active SAP transactions and communications were delayed, resulting in dialog, RFC/Gateway, and HTTP/ICM timeouts, which caused connection drops and transaction failures for users.
