3726211 - The default setting for Query_Plan_Command_Line option - SAP IQ

Since SAP IQ 16.1 SP05 PL16, Query_Plan_Command_Line option is added newly.
The default setting shows OFF on IQ.

(DBA)> select * from sysoptions where [option] = 'Query_Plan_Command_Line'
user_name option                  setting
-----------------------------------------
PUBLIC    Query_Plan_Command_Line OFF

(1 rows)

However, IQ document shows default setting is ON.
Which is correct setting ?
