3726225 - Launch compensation worksheets job not showing up in Monitor Compensation jobs for a long time

-once forms are launched, the CompMassCreate_AdminMassCreate job does not show up in the monitor compensation job section for almost 7-10 minutes and sometimes longer.
-when the job does show up it is always completed.
-The issue is only with the duration of time take for the CompMassCreate_AdminMassCreate_ job to show up

1. Launch a worksheet for any compensation/ variable pay template
2. Observe that in monitor compensation Job the Launch Compensation Worksheets job does not show up to be in progress for over 7 mins and sometimes over 10 minutes
3. after a long wait the job comes up as completed in the monitor compensation job section

This is expected system behavior. It could happen when there is high load on the job servers. In this scenario, the job will only be picked when the job server frees up after completing the current job execution. The admin user can check the job in Scheduled Job Manager > Upcoming jobs page.
