3726230 - Discrepancy in transaction count between Express Data Loader and staging table in Incentive Management

Transaction batch uploaded via Express Data Loader shows correctly updated number of rows, but when checking the Incentive Management Admin Stage table view for the same batch, it shows a different number of updated rows.
