3726289 - Error VL059 appears while adding a new item into the Inbound Delivery

While you are adding a new item which is not related to the purchase order to an Inbound Delivery, the error message VL059 "You cannot add this item to the delivery" appears.

Currently, in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, inbound delivery items without reference are not allowed, and this configuration cannot be changed.

Only the purchase order reference item can be added in the inbound delivery.
