3726309 - Can't save the configuration in T-code ICAARC

Symptom

Customers try to make some changes for "Period Initial Close" in T-code ICAARC.

After make the changes, they click save and trigger the Transportation Request successfully.

But when they go to T-code ICAARC to check again, they find the changes are not stored.
