Test Your Processes is a core application of the Test Automation Tool for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, serving as the primary operation portal for automated test plan management and post-upgrade test execution.
 
The application enables creation, maintenance, execution, and scheduling of automated test plans for end-to-end business scenarios, and provides full lifecycle management of post-upgrade test plans for the current release (including consent provision, trigger, tracking, and result viewing).
 
A test plan represents an end-to-end business scenario and consists of one or more standard/custom test processes; each test process contains one or more process steps, and each process step is a series of automated user actions (e.g., Input, Click, Select) on the application.
 
The following business roles must be assigned to the user for application access and operation:
  • SAP_BR_ADMIN_TEST_AUTOMATION (catalog: SAP_CA_BC_AUTO_TEST_PC): Core role for full application operation (mandatory for access).
  • SAP_BR_BPC_EXPERT: Supplementary role; requires the SAP_BR_ADMIN_TEST_AUTOMATION role to be assigned together for application access (effective from February 2021).
