The root cause of the error messages is that one or more function modules required for setup checks are not exposed in the Cloud Connector.

 The allowlist is published in the "Set-up Instructions" document via the link https://me.sap.com/processnavigator/SolS/SolS-013/2602/SolP/BH3 under the section 'Accelerators'.

Section "2.1.2 Configure SAP Cloud Connector" details the complete list of  function modules required to be added to the allowlist.
