3726364 - Data not displayed on MDF summary card in Latest People Profile

Symptom

No data displayed on employee profile summary card despite data present in Manage Data and history card.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Latest People Profile;
  2. View MDF card summary > "There's nothing to show yet" message displayed on card;
  3. Check record in Manage Data > data present. 

Cause

  • Link is not inside UI group on configuration UI.
  • Identified as defect by the Engineering Team.
  • Note: it is expected that links are only displayed when there is data present on the card.

Resolution

A patch to resolve this issue will be applied to Preview environments on 13th April 2026 and to Production environments on 15th May 2026, as part of 1H2026 release.

Workaround: Move links inside a UI group on the configuration UI.
