3726418 - Authentication page reloads quickly while opening stories in SAP Analytics Cloud Mobile Application on Android devices

While opening a story based on live connection it redirect to the SAML IDP logon page.

This authentication page reloads quickly before entering the user credential and logon to the live datasource in mobile APP.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 
• SAC mobile APP on Android

1. Logon to SAC mobile app in an Android device.
2. Open a story based on live connection.
3. See it redirects to the SAML IDP of the live datasource after opening the story.
4. Wait for several seconds and the IDP page reloads it self, this time is not enough for user to enter the credential and password.

This is the current system design on Android SAC APPs:

• For direct SAML Connection, the IDP login is displayed for up to 60 sec to enter credentials. It closes automatically. In case of a timed-out or failed connection, tap Story refresh to reconnect your live data source.

Copy the mail id before hand and then be prepared to paste the User ID and then type the password before the authentication page time out.
