3726498 - 'Use for Leave Loading Only' option is not available in the Pay Component Type drop down within a pay component

The option 'Use for leave loading only' is not available in the pay component type drop down in the pay component even though the feature is enabled in Company, System and Logo settings page.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Time Management

1. Login to instance.
2. Navigate to Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures page.
3. Open any pay component.
4. Check the values in pay component type drop down.
5. 'Use for leave loading only' option is not available in the drop down.

Some of the configurations required for this feature to work is missing.

Please find below the configurations required for 'Use for leave loading only' option to be available.

1. Enable the 'Leave Loading' feature from Company, System and Logo Settings page.
2. Enable the setting 'Enable Employee Central Payroll' from Provisioning-> Company Settings page.
3. Ensure that the 'Unit of Measure' field is added in the corporate data model within the pay component object with visibility as 'both' as shown below.
4. Once the above steps are done, the 'Use for leave loading only' would be available in the pay component type drop down within the pay component as shown below.
