3726531 - CSRF Token Validation Failed When Replicating Attachments from SAP FSM to SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When attempting to replicate attachments from SAP Field Service Management to SAP S/4HANA, the integration flow "Replicate Attachments from SAP Field Service Management to SAP S4HANA" fails in SAP CPI.

The message processing log shows the following error:

  • CSRF token validation failed

As a result, attachment replication from FSM to the S/4HANA backend system does not complete successfully.
